I just wanted to thank you for our wonderful week at Collioure last week. I wrote in the visitors book at 2.00 am Saturday just before we left so it may not quite do justice to our feelings. We all enjoyed our time enormously – the cottage and location were lovely, the town itself stunning – I loved the view of the castle and church from the beach. Scuba diving with the Ecole De Plongee was very popular with those who did it. Others of us enjoyed the walk behind the town via fortresses and through vineyards.
We all enormously enjoyed our time at Collioure and have many happy memories of the cottage and town.
Thank you.

We returned from Collioure last Sunday after a wonderful holiday at 20 Rue de Soleil. Thank you very much for the arrangements and the standard of the house.
The town was a delight in every way: local people very hospitable; excellent evening entertainment provided by the local authorities; fellow holiday-makers very amicable, many 3-generation groups; many interesting destinations; excellent hills for walking and the almost continuous the pleasure of not being a French Marine as they went through their paces in the water, supervised by the ‘heavies’ from the Day of the Jackal!
We must award a special recommendation to Jane, the agent, who was attentive and efficient. Her quick response […] was especially appreciated.
With a member of the family at each corner, getting our VW convertible in and out of the garage was no problem. Going to and fro to the town and beach, the convenience of the front door keypad was very good idea.

Our September visit was a joy and delight. The cottage had comfort and personality and was a superb reflection of gorgeous Collioure itself.
Atmosphere plus site convenience, exceptional market, delightful decor and a sublime patio form perfect memories to outlast a vile Canadian winter
I long to go back; my mind is already there. Your wonderful info sheets made for troublefree access. Thanks again.

We stayed in your cottage with friends in September 07. I am back in New Zealand now and we keep talking about your amazing cottage and the wonderful week we spent there.
Your cottage had the most wonderful atmosphere and warm welcoming feeling from the minute we walked in the door. Your two car garage was perfect for us and the tooting worked a treat!!
Your neighbours are fantastic as well....
Simply though, we loved it and its convenience - and when time allows we will definitely come back to your place....(as well as recommend it). The flowers and the wine were a memorable touch as well....
Thank you - you have done a marvellous job with 20 Rue du Soliel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It is wonderfully postioned, well equipped and served our needs admirably. Collioure is an attractive and interesting town. We particualrly enjoyed the artist trail and was surprised to discover Matisse had a painting called Rue De Soleil.
I also have to say the local seafood restaurant is a delight. We ate there several times. It was tough to come away. We may have to come back.

Wonderful town, and surroundings. Very friendly residents. A feeling of tranquility and peace. Lots to do if you want to, but lovely to just wander around and sit outside a cafe and look around. Blue skies all the time we were there. The cottage is superb, perfectly set up. We will go again.

We couldn’t believe that we had never heard of this stunning village before but are delighted to have discovered it now! It’s large enough to feel that you are always discovering a new corner, small enough that you can walk everywhere and with a wealth of restaurants to suit every occasion and budget. We loved waking up in the morning in the tranquil cottage and yet still being able to stroll just 80 yards down to the beach front.

Our week in June was absolutely perfect: a charming cottage only 5 minutes from the beach, a different superb restaurant every night and only a short car journey to fascinating medieval abbeys and castles. We could not recommend it more highly.

Collioure is a beautiful village, and the cottage is the perfect place to say. After a week I was totally wound-down, with all stressed washed away by Collioure's relaxed lifestyle, amazing architecture and several bottles of French wine! Thank you.

A great place to experience the French culture and European history. Most of the buildings in the town centre are older the city in which we live!
